The partners implementing the Erasmus+ project “Observatory and Initial Training on Business Crisis for MSEMS” (OITBC- MSMES”) have completed another key project activity – “Survey on the level of knowledge of micro and small enterprises”.

The realization of the activity contributes to the achievement of one of the specific objectives of the project, namely:

“Understand the level of knowledge of micro and small enterprises regarding the emerging regulatory obligations, as well as the motivations that prompted the EU to adopt this measure.”

With that end in view, the partner organizations disseminated a questionnaire among micro and small enterprises to analyze their awareness of the new EU restructuring and insolvency rules, as well as their satisfaction with the novelties resulting from the transposition of this important legislative act.

The results of the survey will provide insight into the current state of knowledge and preparedness among micro and small businesses regarding the new insolvency and restructuring framework, and will help identify areas where further training and support is needed to ensure effective implementation of the Directive’s provisions.

The survey findings will have significant implications for policy-makers, business support organizations, and businesses themselves, providing a basis for developing targeted information campaigns and support mechanisms to help micro and small businesses navigate effectively the new regulatory environment.
